George Holman

George Holman has over twenty years’ experience working at board and senior executive level across global financial services, consulting and advisory organisations, with a particular focus on governance, risk management and operational leadership.

During his career, he has held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo and Davies Group (previously Sionic), working with complex regulated businesses and tier-one banking clients. This experience has given him a strong understanding of governance, accountability and long-term organisational resilience.

Alongside his corporate career, he is the Co-Founder of Polaris Praxis, where he works with SME founders and boards to strengthen governance, leadership and performance.

He also serves as a Governor of Woodlea Primary School.
