With an 80-strong team, the business is recognised for its people-led culture and technical expertise.
For shareholders Paul Meadows, Paul Morris and Stuart Power, an EOT was a natural, values-aligned succession route. The transition supports long-term independence, rewards the employees who have contributed to SALUS’ success, and provides a clear, structured approach to future ownership succession, whilst preserving the firm’s culture and purpose.
