Ambiente Tapas is an independent Spanish tapas restaurant group with five venues across York, Leeds and Hull. It offers relaxed, authentic dining, with quality at the heart of everything, from Spanish and locally sourced ingredients to warm, knowledgeable service.

With a proven, scalable model, strong central systems and a long-established management team, the shareholders chose to transition the business to an Employee Ownership Trust. This values-aligned succession route rewards the people who have contributed to the company’s success and provides a robust framework for continued growth and long-term stability.
