Established in 2006, Mayflower KBB supplies bathroom, bedroom and kitchen products to homeowners, hoteliers and housebuilders across the UK and Europe.

As part of a planned succession strategy, the shareholders chose to transfer ownership of the business to an Employee Ownership Trust. This enabled them to realise the value they had built while creating a positive, enduring legacy by passing ownership to the employees.
