With a proven, scalable model, strong central systems and a long-established management team, the shareholders chose to transition the business to an Employee Ownership Trust. This values-aligned succession route rewards the people who have contributed to the company’s success and provides a robust framework for continued growth and long-term stability.

Our trustee support brings together regular communication with employee beneficiaries, clear and timely decision-making, and the governance structure needed to support the business as it grows.
