Macdara Molloy

Macdara Molloy has over twenty years’ experience working at the executive committee and board level across global financial services, fintech and advisory organisations, with a focus on governance, operational leadership and regulatory oversight.

During his career, he has held senior roles across complex, multi-jurisdictional businesses and has been approved by the FCA and PRA as a Senior Management Function holder with responsibility for operational governance and risk oversight.

Most recently, Macdara served as Interim COO Europe at the Banking Group ANZ, where he sat on the UK Executive Committee and oversaw strategic, financial and operational performance across multiple European branches and offshore functions.

Alongside his corporate roles, he is a Director at Radiance Property Services and Co-Founder of Polaris Praxis, advising SME founders and leadership teams on governance, culture and execution.
