Andrew Fairfoull

Andrew is a recently retired senior partner who held executive leadership roles within a leading professional services partnership. As a result, he has a deep, first-hand understanding of the realities and demands of running an employee-owned business. Drawing on this insight, together with more than 30 years’ experience as a trusted business advisor, Andrew supports organisations to grow by challenging, mentoring and supporting leadership teams with practical, experience-based guidance.

Andrew spent 33 years with PwC, including partnership roles in London, Johannesburg and Singapore. During this time, he served as a senior partner and business unit leader, with full P&L responsibility and membership of the firm’s Executive Management Committee. Known for his values-led approach to leadership, Andrew successfully transformed the businesses he led by aligning stakeholders around a shared vision, developing and empowering key talent, planning for succession, and fostering collective accountability for execution and operational discipline.

As an advisor, Andrew built long-standing client relationships across a wide range of industry sectors. He has particular expertise in M&A and business transformation, working with organisations of all sizes — from multinational corporations and private equity portfolios to SMEs and owner-managed businesses.

Since retiring from PwC, Andrew has continued to contribute his expertise as Finance Trustee for a local food poverty charity and as a strategic advisor to a professional services technology start-up.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing tennis and running, and volunteers as a National Trust forestry ranger. He lives in Surrey with his wife and their two children.
