Graham Ballantyne

Graham has been supporting business owners and directors for over 30 years, working with thousands of organisations across a wide range of sectors.

He is a Director of a national business mentoring and coaching organisation. Having led people and customer-focused businesses, Graham brings extensive hands-on experience in management, leadership, strategy, sales, marketing, financial management, board governance, and customer experience.

He now divides his time between supporting SMEs and working in academia, where he lectures, writes, and examines across various business disciplines. Graham is a dual Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute and the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

Outside of work, Graham is married with two children who are currently at university.

He is passionate about social mobility and education, serving as Chair of a local social enterprise that supports learning and opportunity for young people while producing high-quality furniture in the UK.
