With experience as an employee and an entrepreneur, Stephen brings a unique dual perspective. His entrepreneurial achievements include founding and scaling two companies to successful exits. Additionally, he has over a decade of expertise in M&A, helping SMEs navigate key transitions into new ownership. Stephen is married and has two grown up children who he is immensely proud of. He played Hockey in his youth at a national level and only recently stopped playing. He loves reading but rarely sits still long enough as there is always something that needs attending to in the garden.
